Welcome to Part 2, Thank you Julie Daniluk for sharing your insight and knowledge. A very interesting point in regards to Rheumatoid Arthritis is that it mostly effects Females.
Sense most Women tend to keep things within stress eventually takes it toll. I have mentioned before that Women need to put themselves first more often than what they do. When I say put themselves first I am referring to doing something that will bring more life into their lives.
I would add to Julie's article that your daily food intake has a major effect on your overall health, especially the functioning of your joints. In reference to my last post about phosphoric acid in soda's and how it can take Calcium out of the body (add in a high estrogen level and bone development can be stopped or broken down) complicating issues more. This is why I am so focused on the daily food consumption of our Children. The age of having Rheumatoid Arthritis will be much lower in the coming decade due to lack of needed daily nutrition. Pre packaged foods and processed foods will one day be looked at with "I can't believe that I was giving my Child this to consume".
